At Reiss, great importance has always been attached to the training of our own junior staff. With a qualified apprenticeship you lay the foundation for your and our future.
We fully rely on our trainees and therefore have an attractive trainee remuneration according to the collective agreement and many other benefits:

We train in order to be successful in the future with our own skilled workers. That's why we strive to take on our trainees after they have completed their training.
You would like to "get a taste" or earn some extra money? We also offer the possibility of internships or vacation jobs.
We regularly provide training in the occupational profiles shown and consistently develop in-company training.
In addition, we also train model-making mechanics (m/f/d) and machine operators (m/f/d) in individual cases.
