Vacuum forming

For technical applications and packaging, we process semi-finished sheet from 2.0 to 10.0 mm material thickness. The vacuum forming process is similar to thermoforming, except that in vacuum forming the material thickness is thicker.

Vacuum forming processes materials such as PC, PE, PP and PA6GF15. This enables a higher temperature of approx. 140 °C, which is used for special molded parts.

The automatic sheet loading with preheating guarantees short cycle times and equally high quality. With the use of 5 thermoforming machines, which have a forming area of up to 1200 x 2200 mm, we meet every challenge. As additional equipment, there is a punching machine on the machine to be able to punch out the molded parts.

Advantages of vacuum forming

  • 5 thermoforming machines
A total of 5 thermoforming machines with a forming area of 1200 x 2200 mm.
  • High temperatures possible
By using different plastics such as PC, PE, PP and PA6GF15, high temperatures of 140 °C can be achieved, which is essential for the production of various molded parts.
  • Additional equipment on the line
As additional equipment, there are special punches on the thermoforming machines to be able to punch out the molded parts.
  • CNC processing
Later processing of the parts is possible by 5-axis CNC processing. The machining of the parts takes place in-house. Due to the 2 CNC milling machines with a processing surface of 2500 x 1000 mm size, we can process almost all parts accordingly in the subsequent processing.
